These terms govern your use of Marketing Team (the "Service"), operated by Kirlos Yousef. By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Marketing Team helps businesses plan, create, review, schedule, and publish marketing content using AI. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces, including actions by members you invite.
Your content and approvals
You keep ownership of the information and assets you provide and of the content created for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. AI-generated content can contain mistakes: you are responsible for reviewing it, and for everything you approve and publish.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social account such as TikTok, you authorize us to act within the permissions you grant, for example to upload or post content you approved. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful content; to spam; to impersonate others; to violate a platform's rules; or to interfere with the Service's security or operation.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs, which can affect publishing.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results of content you approved and published. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders before they apply.
